"The Village of Leonard has adopted by reference the State of Michigan "Michigan Building Code" (in reference to 2015 International Building Code, IBC), the Michigan Residential Code (in reference to 2015 International Residential Code, IRC), the Michigan Mechanical Code (in reference to 2015 International Mechanical Code, IMC), the Michigan Plumbing Code  (in reference to 2015 International Plumbing Code), and the Michigan Electrical Code (in reference to 2015 International Electrical Code).
